The Enterprise here in Salisbury, NC is the absolute best! They took such good care of me after my accident and worked well with the insurance to make sure everything was handled on their end. Matthew and Chris were so helpful and warm anytime I needed help or had questions as well as the other staff. I believe Michael drove me home to get some paperwork and back to the lot to finish up and get my rental. Everything about this location is alright with me! They have a great selection of cars and if they don’t have what you were expecting they happily upgrade you to something you are comfortable with. I love Enterprise and I’m so glad there’s a location near me, as I will be using them again in the future!
It started off rough I’m not going to lie. Issues with some cars however the way the customer service was, that’s why I’m giving them 5 stars. Completely not their faults, and they took ownership of it. They got me into a much better vehicle and gave me 10% off. Obviously 10% is not saving a whole lot however that was the icing on the cake after getting me into a better vehicle. Made my trip a lot more comfortable. Thanks to everybody there, I would highly recommend going to see them, customer service was great!
10/10 customer service!! I feel like this location was my second home for a few months. Got into 2 separate car accidents almost back to back and had to rent for an extended period of time. Every single time I walked in they were all beyond warm & welcoming. Any questions I had they made sure to answer & made sure I was taken care of before I left the lot. Even while I was waiting, they would let me vent about the situation I was in or tell me stories about their own car accidents to try to make me feel better. I believe they couldn’t have hired a better staff for this location. Jimmie, Michael, Rebecca, Brent, Diana, thank you so much for helping me through these rough couple of months! You guys are awesome!

Enterprise at Salisbury NC is the only place to rent from. Their customer service is second to none. I drive an hour each way just to rent from them.
If you Google Customer Service the top result will be a picture of Matt and his team there at Salisbury.
As someone who has traveled all over the country no other location has ever come close to Matt and his team. They are always willing to help in any way they can. In fact they should be the ones on the TV commercials.
As you can see I can't say enough good things about them.

We have family in different states so we have rented from Enterprise in Salisbury, NC for quite a few years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are professional, responsive and treat us as a valued customer.
Had the best experience after my car was in the body shop for a couple weeks after an insurance claim. The staff made the process seamless. Shout out to Matt, Chris, Rebecca, and Michael for the superb customer service. Everyone was super professional and helpful. Would definitely rent with them again.
Awesome experience renting top of the line 2023 Toyota Highlander. Ordered online received quick confirmation call, picked up car next morning, changed cars quickly, saved a lot of money, enjoyed safe trip to mountains and back with my son!
